Legal information
Privacy Notice
What personal data we process when you use this website or contact us, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you have.
Effective: 12 August 2026
1. Controller
Name: Axeri Labs Betéti Társaság
Registered address: 2120 Dunakeszi, Brassói út 7.
Contact:
Appointing a data protection officer is not mandatory for us, so we have not appointed one. We answer data protection questions at the email address above.
2. Contact form
Purpose: answering your enquiry, assessing whether we are a fit, preparing a Fit Call or a proposal, and keeping in touch.
Data processed: name, email address, company or project name, topic of the enquiry, problem description, desired start, current project status, planned investment range, the fact that you accepted this notice, and the time of submission. Technical metadata is recorded alongside it: the submission source, the address of the page the submission started from, and the browser and operating system type. IP address capture is switched off at the form provider.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Retention: 12 months after the enquiry is closed. If an engagement follows, we keep the data for as long as contractual and accounting obligations require.
Consequence of not providing data: without a name, an email address and a problem description the form cannot be submitted, because we could not reply. All other fields are optional.
Automated decision-making: we do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Server logs
Purpose: keeping the website running as intended and securely, and investigating outages and abuse.
Data processed: the IP address and time of the request, the address of the page requested, the response status code, and the browser and operating system name. These logs are kept automatically by the hosting provider's systems.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): protecting the availability and security of the service.
Retention: 52 weeks, or at most 14 months, under the hosting provider's rotating logging policy. We do not analyse these logs, do not combine them with other data, and do not use them for profiling.
Objection: you can object to this processing at the email address above.
4. Website analytics
Tool: Plausible Analytics.
Data processed: the page viewed, the referring source, device and browser type, and country — in aggregate form only. In addition, we record when you click an outbound link (the destination address) and when you successfully submit the contact form (the fact of the event only, without the content of the fields). Plausible does not store IP addresses.
Consent: the measurement produces aggregate data, cannot identify individual visitors and uses no cookies, so we do not ask for consent.
5. Cookies
This website uses no cookies, browser cache or local storage for functional, analytics or marketing purposes. That is why no cookie consent banner appears.
6. Processors and recipients
The providers below process data on our behalf and on our instructions. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with each of them.
Hosting: Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft. — serving the website and technical logging.
Form handling and notification: Formbricks GmbH — Kuhnkestr. 6, 24118 Kiel, Germany. Your browser sends the contact form data straight here; Formbricks stores it and notifies us about the submission. Form data is stored on servers in Germany, without recording the IP address.
Website analytics: Plausible Insights OÜ — Estonia. Cookieless, aggregate analytics without storing IP addresses.
The processors above store and process data within the European Economic Area, so no transfer to a third country takes place.
7. Data security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to the data is limited to those who need it to answer your enquiry. Processor-side access is protected by the providers' own security measures.
8. Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. We accept requests at the email address above and reply within one month. If a request is complex, this deadline can be extended by two months, of which we inform you within one month of receiving the request.
9. Remedies
You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; phone: +36 (1) 391-1400; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu. You may also seek judicial remedy; proceedings can be brought before the court of your place of residence or stay.
10. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the service or the legal environment changes. The version in force is always available on this page, together with its effective date.
