Service · Technical Rescue

Recover your stuck or unstable system.

A phased recovery program starting with triage, for critical bugs, undocumented systems and departed key developers.

Capacity-dependent service: currently available on request, case by case.

Who is it for?

When the system no longer serves the business.

For owners of a failed development project, operators of an unstable system, a product left without documentation, a company where the key developer has left, and an unreleasable or constantly failing platform.

Phases

From triage to execution.

  1. 01

    Triage

Access, data and business continuity protection, critical bugs, backup and restore, release capability.

  2. 02

    Stabilization

Reproducible environment, critical tests, logging and observability, the largest sources of failure, short-term operating routine.

  3. 03

    Recovery plan

Parts to keep, fix, replace and rewrite, with priority, cost and risk.

  4. 04

    Execution

    Phased, business-controlled recovery.

What the triage delivers

After triage the conversation is about facts, not symptoms.

a map of access and permissions
state of data and business-continuity protection
list of critical bugs
state of backup and restore
assessment of release capability

What we need from you

On a live system, access is the bottleneck.

  1. 01

A named contact who can also approve changes on the live system.

  2. 02

Access to the codebase, the environments and the backups.

  3. 03

A list of past failures and outages, where records exist.

Until access is granted, the triage cannot start.

What we don't promise

We don't promise a full price and deadline before diagnosis.

After the triage we know exactly how big the problem is. From there we give a realistic, phased plan and cost estimate.

Next step

Is an unstable system or a stuck project weighing you down?

In a Fit Call we discuss whether Technical Rescue's triage is the right first step.
